Food was excellent, as always, but last night we requested decaf coffee during our meal and when it was brought and when refills were made, we consistently asked: "is it decaf?". We were assured it was. My sister-in-law and myself, who had the coffee were up until the early hours. It was definitely a caffeine high. Very upsetting.

i've been to a lot of deli's & i must say this is the best.service is excellent,the managers are good,& the meals at dinner are the best.delicous! never been dissatisfied! i reommend it to everyone! bruce & andy do a terrific job! it is always crowded,which says a lot.this is my favorite place!

Have tried many dishes here - the amount of salt is too much if you are on a low sodium diet - food is overrated and too expensive - food USED to be delicious

Their sandwiches are huge and very good. Particularly the fried chicken and spinach sandwich and the Pastrami sandwiches, which are very large and very good. Their black and white cookies are great!!! Very good service too. I look forward to going again.

I have never been to three G's and I had to pick some rating for all of the above But I can tell you I WILL NEVER patronize their restaurant. I am a caretaker for a 98 year old man , he will be 99 in 10 days. He almost never leaves his house and eats the same food he asks me to prepare for him. yesterday was New Year's Eve and I was asked to bring him to three G's he really wanted a brisket on rye. I had no idea what their hours were . We arrived just before 3:30 there were lots of staff behind the counter . My gentleman asked for a sandwich ( the doors were open) and was promptly told they were closed . I asked if they could possibly make one sandwich since all the slicers had not been finished yet and they were EXTREMELY rude , I mentioned I drove him there and didn't realize they closed at three. I was just flabbergasted at how rude they were about the situation.

There was nothing, I mean absolutely nothing good to say about this place. A disappoinating dining? experience from the 40 minute wait, to non existent waitress, to them being out of butter? Are you kidding me... We had a small bowl of it for our entire party until the waitress took it from us and gave it to another table. When we said something to her she brought it back. She said that was all that was left in the place. I ordered brisket.. I'm still not sure what I got. It was dried out, tasteless, looked like very thin sliced roast beef. It was inedible. I retuned it after 2 bites. There are so many other better deli's in town.

We had a disappointing experience today because of an inept manager. After waiting 20 minutes for a table, we were seated. We were a party of 5 and were looking forward to a leisurely brunch. After being served our meal and relaxing over a cup of coffee, the manager came over to our table and started adding chairs. He informed us another party was in a hurry and waiting for our table. Additionally, one of the members of that party walked towards our table and just stared at us. I was extremely annoyed and when I spoke with the manager, he just shrugged his shoulders and said this other party was giving him a difficult time. Because of this extremely uncomfortable experience, it will be a long time before I return. This restaurant needs to hire a manager that can control his customers and appreciate customers that are already seated.
