    Let’s start by saying, not my best experience.

    The waitress was nice, but management is lacking. I order a bottle of Malvec cost around $40.00, it took a while for them to come over after everybody had gotten their drinks to tell me: Sorry the bottle you order we only have it by the glass right now; they offer me another one which it was around $8.00 more. I said ok no big deal, bring me that one. Then we started our orders, I wanted for them to change an ingredient in my sushi, I wanted shrimp tempura instead of Salmon. No big deal most restaurants do changes like this all the time with no problem. I would pay an extra charge if necessary. Instead the waitress comes back and said to me sorry the chef said he can’t do it. I ask him why? And his answer was:because it would change the shape of the sushi To me that was the lamest excuse I ever heard in my life. I order something else and that was it. Everybody got their food finish eating and my food still was nowhere to be found. I ask the waitress what was the matter with my food and she responded it's almost out. Another 5 or so minutes passed and nothing with my dinner. I called the waitress and said you know what cancel my order I don’t longer want it and I asked him to call the manager. The manager comes I tell him the whole story and the guy answer was:’ that is the way it is. I said to him do you think is ok for everybody to receive their food finish eating it and mine still nowhere to be found. His answer then was:oh but it was coming when you cancel it. No I’m sorry, is there anything I can do to make your experience better, nothing. Mind, the check comes and I was expecting at least a discount or at least something complementary, instead an 18% Gratuity included on the check for only four in the party. I do not think I have to tell you I’m never going back to that place, nor I’ll recommend it to anyone. My wife and I go out to eat very often so they lost a potential good client with lots of friends to recommend.
