Alaina a huge thank you to you and your staff for making our One Year Cancer Free Party so much sweeter! The custom order Bacon & Bourbon and Mountain Dew cupcakes were a hit! Truly a little bite of heaven in each cupcake!

Yes, it gets busy and yes sometimes there is a wait, either for a table, at the counter or for a cupcake order, but that's because it's good! I've always been greeted with a smile & cheerful hello and now they know my group of 3 or 4 by face. They give you the daily mini muffin to try for FREE and always have tons of cupcakes to pick up on your way out. These are my go-to gift for my daughters teachers and they LOVE them! I can't wait to try breakfast and dinner!

The counter staff are rude, unhelpful and disorganized. While the baked goods are of high quality, there's another store around the corner in the same plaza that sells excellent baked goods with friendly service that make you feel welcomed to return. Stay away from Alaina's Bake Shoppe.

Their cupcakes are delicious! And the paninis are to die for. Try the TBA if your going in. They get really busy during the lunch rush so make sure you go on a day when you have time! Trust me, it will be worth the wait!

Great food quality. Our wedding cake was amazing. The only issue is the service. There has been a time or two where I could be the only customer waiting in line to order and have to wait for the servers/waitresses to stop playing or joking before you're even acknowledged.

I'm in love with Alaina's. It is my new favorite lunch spot and I go or pick up food once a week. Great, fresh, homemade food. Yum!

We stopped going.. The food is awesome, but the lag between ordering and eating is intolerable
