Best Japanese in KW
This truly is the best Japanese food in own, the room is beautiful and different for the island, which in no way detracts from it.

A great sushi place!
While Ambrosia is a little expensive it is always fabulous. An elegant main room and great plate designs make it a place that will impress. Ambrosia used to be a tiny hole-in-the-wall place on a tiny backstreet. I think the food is just as good as it always was. Ambrosia has a great local following. Definitely the best sushi in Key West. No contest.

Miami in Key West
If you like glitzy South Beach restaurants this place is for you. The room is straight out of Miami and if they spent as much effort on the food and service as they spent on the room this would have been a much more enjoyable experience. Some of the items on the menu were terrific, the toro for instance, and some were overwrought and disappointing such as the salmon skin handroll. This place is too much appearance and not enough emphasis on the fish.
