Food pretty good, service not good
The food is as most Applebee's restaurants. Service is not good. We have waited 45 minutes for our meals, we have been ignored by servers until we call the manager. We've seen people just give up and walk out. When we complained to the manager the last time (out of 5 times there) it was like he didn't hear us. To the point he just said "thank you for eating at Applebee's and come back." Funny, we just told him we couldn't get service and were leaving. Guess the script didn't allow for that. If you have a burning desire for Applebee's, go to the one in Homestead. Food is the same but service is 99% better.
