Sublime
What a wonderful experience! I had read some mixed reviews but wanted to try a special place for a special occasion. The view and ambiance does not compare to anything else in the Keys. The Bouchot mussels with the lemongrass ginger broth was absolutely amazing. The fish of the day (Triple Tail) was cooked to perfection and obviously fresh that day. I'm glad I saved room for dessert, you must try Hummingbird Cake. With tropical flavors a nice change from Key Lime Pie. The wine list was beautiful and made it hard to choose by the glass. Our server was attentive and professional and since he had discovered it was our anniversary presented the dessert artfully with a chocolate message and it was complimentary!!
