No where near NY Quality
First of all, the bagels were NOT fresh, and hard as a rock! Secondly, the staff was rude when I asked if their everything bagels had salt (which is the norm up north) Lastly, completely overpriced for the quality! Never going back. Go to NY Bagel and Deli they are better by far.

Best deal in area
Eat lunch at least twice a week for years. Fresh food generous portions. Same staff for years

A terrible experience
Seated without a menu. Waited forever for waitress. Ordered ham sandwich with mayo, but it came with russian. Ordered Chopped liver. What came was not fresh. Would have sent it back, but never saw the waitress after our first contact. When I went to pay, I told them that I couldnt get a check from the missing waitress and that the chopped liver was inedible, to which the manager said, "I'll have to try it myself". She didnt, but then again, she did not take it off my check either. We've gone to this restaurant for years, but never again.
