Best Chinese Duck in Miami!
My family and I have gone to this restaurant since it originally oped over 16 years ago. I remember when the line used to be out the door of the small restaurant. I also remember when they bought out a store next door in order to expand... and then the store next to that one to expand again. After a few years the crowds finally had enough room for us all to sit and have some of the best roast duck, among many others delicious dishes, this side of the hemisphere. Then they went and opened two more locations to serve us as we moved around the city. I find the original location on 163rd street is still the most consistent with quality and service. The owner, Paul, is always a sweet heart to his patrons and always has a smile. I prefer dining in as opposed to delivery as they seem to sometimes save the burnt noodles for take out! I also prefer dinner over lunch as the sweet and sour chicken is prepared slightly different in the evenings. If you enjoy egg plant they god a delicious garlic egg plant just for you and FYI, the duck gets delivered fresh on Thursdays! So sad to have moved to FT Worth, TX and have to leave my beloved bamboo gardens behind. But, glad to be able to guide a few friends, all be it unknown to some of the best food Miami has to offer. Enjoy, Malika
