Best Restaurant in Town!
I love this place and eat here often. Everytime I go, I try something new on the menu and have never been disapointed. You get a lot of food for your money and I always have left overs to take home. The beer and wine selection are great featuring a lot of local beers. I also love the fact that they feature local artists work on their walls. The staff and owners are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the food and beverages that are served here.

Very good place
Just had dinner here! The food is fabulous with huge portions.I had the hot Chicken derby which was comforting and so good. Our waitress was very friendly and made our experience even better.

Wow, you have to go!
I had the pleasure of dining at Bash on "Easter Saturday" - I had a Kona Crusted Steak and would compare this with any of the best steak houses down here - amazing flavor from this steak, didn't even need a sauce and cooked perfectly medium rare. My husband had the Ephemere Pork Chop - how brilliant to use the beer in the marinate and in the chutney. I cant wait to go back and try the "Whoo Dat" Burger for lunch - I can only imagine what VooDoo Sauce is - or - should I try the French Fry Salad - guess I will have to go back at least twice ; )

Have you been here yet?
Bash is truly a gem...I just went to a beer tasting for the first time (who knew there are beer tastings). Great selection, accompanied by amazing food, right down to dessert. Great oysters, and the berry bread pudding complimented a chocolate beer. So we stayed for dinner...out of this world! I had the green goddess salad...grilled romaine with green goddess dressing - to die for. My husband had the pork tenderloin...Wow! If you have not been to Bash yet - you have to go...Please excuse the shopping center they are in and parking lot - it is well worth the u-turn.

Very special
Seriously...this is a great place for special ocassions...the special of etoufee ravioli's was to die for...the steak is out of this world...service is better than than I could have ever expected...how would anybody know about this place....everybody that reads this needs to try Bash and tell their neighbors...I met the Chef when he was receiving a standing ovation from a wine tasting that was being held...He is amazing and very humble...I can't wait to try his next creations.. I will be back often.

Had a Bash
This place is amazing...I would have never guessed from the outside. Went here because of a TV show I saw. I had the cajun shrimp ravioli's and my wife had the Prime Rib. Both where amazing. For such a little out of the way place...I just can not find enough good this to say. Oh, for dessert, we shared a Lemon Chiffon/Blueberry breadpudding (which i have never had bread pudding before, but my waitor suggested it) again AMAZING! We will be back again and again and again!

The coca cola braised short ribs was nothing short of AMAZING and the truffle fries to die for! I will definitely be coming back.
