What a find!
It is easy to miss Bash Cafe - it is located in a small complex of stores that seems like it has fallen prey to the economic downturn. But, don't be fooled by the exterior. The moment you walk in to Bash you feel welcomed by the staff. The menu offers a variety of options, which is usually a good thing. But, at Bash, all options sound so yummy that it is difficult to choose. I got the special - apple and goat cheese ravioli in a white wine sauce w/pomegranate reduction - and it was scrumptious! Dessert was even better. The turn your frownee upside downee is a brownie surrounded by a fried wanton and ice cream. The heated brownie just melts in your mouth. Such a lovely way to end an evening.

Awesome!
What a gem! We were so surprised to find this awesome little restaurant in the deserted plaza. Food was incredible, service was excellent! Quite a variety of flavors and meats on menu. I enjoyed the Apricot Chipolte Chicken with garlic spinach and apple cole slaw, while my friends raved about their dishes as well. Will definitely return. You must try Bash.......we want them to stay in business!

Can't go wrong
Cannot say enough about the restaurant. My wife went with her friends and said I would love the restaurant. Not being the first time she said that...... I was a little skeptical. Then when she told me where it was I said you must be crazy. All I can say is I'm still eating crow.

Local gem
I knew we were in the right place when I noticed that the tv was set to the cooking channel. I t is hard for me to decide what I liked the best. Beef ribs, out of this world, fish done to perfection. The side vegies so good I actually asked for more spinach the last time there. The desserts, if you have room are also interesting and wonderful. Glad it is right around the corner for us. So good we have given gift certificates to friends to get them to go.

This place is a gem!
Last night was our fourth visit to Bash. We took some friends with us - one of whom is in the restaurant business. Two of us had the tuscan pork loin along with the scalloped potatoes and the sauteed spinach. One had the meat loaf and the other had the apricot chichen. Everyone was impressed. Prices are low and quality is high. I think they might do better in a better location - Bash is in a small nondescript strip center. But we will return again and again.

Great food from local cafe
Friends and I had a great first visit to Bash Cafe for dinner on Saturday, just before going to see Julie & Julia (it is a good thing we ate 1st!). The service was excellent, our server was extremely attentive. The food was so well seasoned, which does not seem to happen much anymore. I had the Bash Pasta with shrimp. I am often disappointed with shrimp dishes, but could eat this a few times a week! It is definitely worth checking out if you would like a well prepared meal!
