Benny's on the Beach is a hidden gem! The food is always delicious and portions very generous. The servers are friendly and attentive, making us feel like family every time we visit. We never have to wait for a table and our meals are served up quick and fresh. And then there's the view - downstairs gives a boardwalk feel, while the screened and fanned upper level is fresh and relaxing with the ocean and beach surrounding us on three sides. Whether you live in south Florida or are just visiting, don't miss Benny's!

I have enjoyed Benny's for years. The view and service are great. Most of the menu choices ae good to very good, considering the venue. The Lobster Salad Special ("lobster" salad in an avocado) is not good at all. The waitress tried to clue me in by saying that it was not all real lobster but had a lot fake lobster. Foolishly, I was adventurous and ordered it anyway. I should have heeded the waitress. It sat piled on top of some avocado slices - not stuffed in avocado shells as advertised. The avocado was not fresh, it was in some kind of citric acid preservative which made it sour, instead of creamy and sweet. I learned my lesson. Read into what your server tells you. I would go back to Benny's, but only for their simpe dishes.
