Ive dined at Bimini on and off over the years and everytime i go back i remember why i love it. There is no restaurant with the same feel anywhere in palm beach county. The food portions are huge and you get such a bang for your buck! You can just tell that everything is fresh and the staff is eager to please. I reccommend the Hawaiian Salmon and the Spinach Dip. The only problem is leaving there too full!

Sweet potato crusted fresh fish(grouper) with mango was a mustard sauce-which ruined the taste. My wife had pasta rustica which was decent. We were told that 20% would be taken off the check since we arrived before 6:00pm. When check arrived, full price was charged because her choice was a nightly special not on menu. Another bad taste.

The atmosphere was delightful (though a bit loud) and the service was great but the food, well I couldn't even finish the sweet potato crusted grouper which was raved about as well as the creamed spinach. It was a fast food place with pinache. Though I was not at all thrilled with Red Lobster in many ways the food was better. Disappointed.

I recently ate for the first time at Bimini Twist and ordered the Sweet Potato Crusted Fresh Fish with Mango Drizzle. Not only was I disappointed with our service (3 tables were seated after us, yet all 4 orders went in together. We waited over 5 min. for server acknowledge- ment and our food came out last of the four tables - we were a party of 2, another table had 2, and the other 2 tables had parties of 4), but I was very disappointed with the food. I questioned my server as to whether there was mustard used in the mango drizzle because that was all I could taste! He confirmed that it is an ingredient. Obviously whomever it was that mixed my batch was heavy-handed with the mustard and extremely light on the mango! Unsurprisingly, since I am not a fan of mustard, this decreased my enjoyment of the meal tremendously. I doubt I would ever go back to this restaurant.

My family and I dine at Bimini Twist regularly. The food is consistantly good and the service is always very nice. I do agree with the other reviewers that the marinade on the beef tenderloin medallions needs to be rethought. But other than that I highly recommend this restaurant and will continue to frequent it. Keep up the good work!

My boss took us to Bimini Twist for our annual Holiday Party last Saturday night. The food and service was 100% . The staff and management were so attentive. The place was packed! I will return.

The same owners used to have a restaurant in PGA which was MUCH better, I think it was called wood fire (or something like that). The other reviewer mentioned the sauce on the steak... they put that on all of their meat and it is a little off tasting. The one thing I go here for is the Calimari app. It's absolutly to die for. The food is a bit over priced for what it is in my opinion. Average plate cost is over $20. In my opinion its a $14 meal at best. Over all its a good atmosphere... although lots of older folks from the neighboring senior communitys hit this place up around early bird time so do go looking for a date. Good place to bring your grandparents when they come into town.
