This actually was one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I went there frequently until the manager left.Everything changed. The food wasn't as good. We didn't know what happened until we were told he left. He was amazing. I'm really sorry he left.

A French Bistro found in Palmetto Bay. This is a hidden gem. It sits in a little shopping mall next to the Starbucks. It has a great ambiance. My husband and I have been there twice and have had an amazing experience every time. The service is exceptional. Thus far, we have had the escargot which is to die for. it is buttery and delicious and you can't help but dip their warm crusty bread. Their Carpaccio De Boeuf (or how we Americans know it Beef Carpaccio) is thin slices of raw beef, arugula & shaved Parmesan. The french soup is exquisite. Perfect balance. Last night for dinner I had the special Bream fish. If you like Sea Bass you will love this fish. It was served with a sage butter sauce and roasted vegetables, simply divine. My husband had the Colorado raised domestic lamb chop with apple cider drizzle over mash. Cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. We ended with a creamy dark chocolate lava cake topped with pistachio ice cream. OMG! It is nice to have such a wonderful restaurant in Palmetto Bay. Gourmet food and amazing service. Job well done!!
