Love it
I didn't eat sushi until I came to Blu Sushi. The food was fresh, simple, but flavorful. I work in the same complex, and on my break, I always go to Blu Sushi. I am even having my birthday dinner here, too bad for those that don't eat sushi. My favorite is the "Crunchy." I suggest you start with that the Mexican or Lava Drops if you are new to sushi.
