No service
My friend & I went for lunch today. We waited a couple of minutes for the hostess to seat us and give us menus. We waited at least 20 minutes before a waitress said I'll be right with you. Water was not offered. I stood up to get someone's attention but the waitress and hostess both had their backs to me. The waitress finally came our way, only to stop at the empty table behind us to clear it. She then walked away, at which point we left. My family & I have been customers for a couple of years. Never again

Great food but delivery kills me
I honestly never write reviews yet I find the need to. Maybe to spark change or just well inform. The food and place is amazing. Yet I can give two added tips that would perfect it for me. 1 to offer canned drinks or larger drinks for order. 2 when the website shows 830 for latest delivery time and you call anywhere from seven until then and they refuse to deliver change your time please

Not recommended
Went there after a previous visit that left me asking why I would go back. Well I gave them another chance. It was disappointing. There is a reason they are not jam packed on a Sunday morning when all the other restaurants are. The food was absolutely unappetizing. Service was ok.

Would absolutely reccomend
I've had just about everything on the menu and was impressed by everything I've had there. Our server made every meal THAT much better!

Not recommended
Was there today and left disappointed and hungry. Ordered the Pepper poppers for an appetizer, got an unappealing plate with 6 and some wilted lettuce , the poppers were of the frozen variety and bland, the inner stuffing was missing out of 2 and they were soggy with oil. Lunch order was a hot pastrami on rye what I got was not even close, the rye was imitation (white bread with caraway seeds) the pastrami was cold and tough, they forgot to bring mustard after asking if I wanted it, it comes with a pickle and coleslaw but you have to specifically ask for it. I sent it back and left to go eat at a better restaurant.

Delivery/letdown X 2
So i was super excited after seeing the menu to order from them! Called-and got put on hold until i hung up more then 5 min later. Called right back and no answer. Waited 5/10 min and tried again- still no answer. This was during business hours. Obviously decided to call somewhere else for food. A few weeks later decided to try it again- got put on hold right away again- laughed wondering if this would be deja vu. She came back on phone- was not very pleasant- ordered & waited an hr. got a call saying driver went to deliver & could not find place. I gave directions- got a call from driver- gave him directions ( sounded unsure still) my hubs called gave him more direction. 2 hrs- still no food- called & cancelled- girl didn't even apologize. Delivery places should have MAPQUEST. We are less then 10 min away. Very disappointed.
