I don't understand
I can say I have visited Bonsai more than two hands can count. The atmosphere always great the laid back lounge techno feel is amazing and unique. Now with that being said don't try calling the restaurant for take out. Oh no, these people seem to not know how to handle machinery besides chop sticks and specialty rolls . I called one day to make a BIG order the phone line was disconnected for about 3 times. When I finally get a ring to go through a machine appears to interrupt and hang up the call. I tried a land line and the same thing happen. This location is actually the second in Kendall the original is on 8st and 142 ave. This 157 ave location literally has maybe 5 to 6 guest for lunch and close to 20 to 30 guest for dinner. Working in the restaurant business, phone lines that don't go through are bad for business, and the fact that its practically empty this means there should be no excuse why the phone lines are so messed up. Well its sad to say but since I couldn't get a hold of them I went to their competitors Sushi Sake.
