Have eaten there many of times , excellent subs with the best bread anywhere . If they put a little more meat on them they would be the best in Broward , hands down

I usually order from here every now and then, and don't really have too many issues until just now. I have never had to write a review about any restauraunt until now. I called up there and had the poorest customer service I think I've ever had. I understand they are busy, but I was put on hold about 4-5 times, the guy had an extemely rude attitude towards me, and after I ordered he tried to hang up on me. I respectfully asked would he like my card number and he was like "well yea if you got a card". Usually when I order they ask you if this is cash or credit, and I know this is a minor complaint but it would be nice to at least ask instead of assume. What if I didnt have an ATM near me or something. Just his overall demeanor is what made me decide to write this. I hope this isn't an "all the time" thing when people call now, but I thought I should at least throw that out there. At least the food is good, but it doesn't help if you have poor customer service.

I have been passing by this place for a long time, like almost 5 years. I finally walked passed it last week, and they were closed, I looked inside, and thought to myself, "Wow, they look like they make a good sub". So, today, my boss, my coworker and I decided to order from here. I had the Italian sub with Italian dressing, My boss and 1 of my coworker split a chicken Cesar, and a Steak and Onion Wrap and another coworker had the Tuna. My Italian was absolutely delicious, the bread was soft, It was seasoned just right, and the dressing was delicious! On the other hand, my boss, and coworkers, thought that there subs were just mediocre. I actually asked the person taking my order what was there best sub, and he suggested the Italian. So there you have it. I guess you can try what ever you want, but I would go with the chefs suggestion.
