Brazaviva Churrascaria

My family and I went there a couple of weeks ago and we were a little disappointed. The food was good, they have many options of steak and a big salad bar, but it could be better for the money they charge. The rice, beans, farofa and pasta were all cold and they didn't come to put more rice when it was all gone the 3 hours we spent there. The service was poor, the waitress took our drink orders but never came back with our drinks, we had to ask 3 other waiters to get our drinks that came more than half an hour later. We ordered dessert and it took another half hour. We got really mad when we got the bill and the tip was already included when she didn't deserve a penny for her service.We'll never go back!

Overpriced, poor service and salty, salty, salty meat. By the way, on top of the $3.50 Coke and the $35 per person charge for the food, they automatically add a 20% tip! Wish I had taken the time to read the reviews. None of this would have been a surprise.

This place is VERY good! It's a meat lovers paradise, with about 18 different meats and the waiters and meat carriers were very attentive towards your needs. But warning don't buy any of their Canned sodas or beers their about $4.00-$7.00 and fountain drinks are $3.00.Don't order dessert either,each one is a range of $7.00-$10.00 even the smallest piece of cake.But I do have to say the service overall was wonderful the meats were delicious.If you want to save money don't order dessert or canned sodas and beers.I truly recommend that this restaurant adjustes their prices.

My wife and I went to experience this place for a first time passing by it. I decided to try it with her as I was hopeful for a romantic dinner. We both sat and I was confused as we didn't get a menu. I started to realize what the place was. We were both excited and service was well. I feel a little too nice, as we couldn't really have privacy as we were asked constantly how is everything. A unexpected event occurred with a family emergency and my wife had to leave. I stayed hoping she would come back. With her not even touching anything including her drink, I was charged 113 total for everything. I told the manager the situation and nothing was done about it. I even tried with their marketing/corporate and nothing either. I am saddened to say we will not be returning as there is so much better competition and understand true customer service. Not to mention at least be honest in knowing I ate alone without my wife. I wasn't looking for a refund, but at least a discount in the future. I waited over ten days for a response, nothing. What a shame. I do hope they work on customer service in other ways.

If you've enjoyed a churrascaria before you will know that this is one of the most affordable. Service and attention may need to improve, but meat and salad selections are great. If you go on a special occasion day you will have to wait, same as other places. I'm a meat lover and this is goooood.

I just left this place and am EXTREMELY aggravated and dissatisfied. Today is Valentines Day and I just wanted my fiancé and I to have a great time and I regret choosing this place for almost $40/per person. The meats taste pretty good but only when the service men actually come to your table. Every time we got meat was because we would complain to the waiter and even the mangers, who barely even apologized. We sat once for almost 20 min with empty plates and no one acknowledged our presence.

The food tastes good. But, the service is poor. The manager came to our table at an hour in and took our plates away. We had 7 people and 3 of them didn't arrive until we had been there for 20 minutes. They were not given the appetizer. The waiters were slow to bring food. After awhile, they just stopped coming. The desserts here were disappointing. And, we had a birthday person and he wasn't sung to or given a free birthday dessert. All in all, a disappointing experience.
