The food here is as interesting as listening to what my coworkers did over the weekend. The meat is definitely not slow cooked or smoked, and if it is then it's left out to turn to rubber over the next few days. The portions are small which is probably the most un-southern thing about this place. They even managed to make bourbon boring. I ordered an orange juice bourbon drink only to receive water with a shot of bourbon and a shot of OJ. I absolutely don't recommend. Service was fine and the atmosphere is nice, but whomever takes the fun out of your drinks is not your friend.

Beware, nothing is slow-cooked. Ribs were tough, wings chewy, rib-tips meat was totally caramelized (a sign of too much heat for too much time). Gave this place 3 tries, thinking perhaps it was an "off-day" for the chef. This is the kind of BBQ you expect from a strip mall.
