Bru's has really changed!
My family has frequented Bru's for years, all the way back to when the original store opened on Sample Road. When this location on West Hillsboro Blvd. opened it was packed with customers, the food was good, the service was good and the atmosphere was good. Well not anymore! With the exception of the wings, the food quality is fair at best. The cooking staff regularly send meals out of the kitchen that are not prepared properly. I have had several disappointing experiences at this location in the past couple of months and if my two young kids did not want to go there because of the game room, I would not set foot in there again. We have repeatedly had food delivered to our table that was not prepared the way that it was ordered. On several occasions the food has arrived at our table in shifts, meaning that some people in out dining party would receive their food while others sat there and waited for their food to arrive which usually occurred after the first people that were served had already finished eating. That is no way to run a restaurant. During visits to this restaurant I have also heard (on more than one occasion) other customers complain about the improperly prepared food orders that they have received. Previously when you would go to Bru's especially on a Saturday or Sunday the place was packed and you would have to wait for a table. Now if you go there you can always find a table because half of the tables are empty. The bottom line here is that Bru's (at least at the Coconut Ceek location) has really gone down hill and weather any of the staff will admit it or not, they are surely feeling the the proof of their poor food quality and poor service at the cash register. I would really love to see Bru's get their act back together but until then, I will be eating my meals somewhere else.

Best wings in town
The best wings I have tried. Excellent ambiance. If you love sports this is the place to be.

the wings were amazing with the just right amount of sauce and not to hot but still with a little kick Thanks
