Went with a friend last night and almost didn't stay... as it turns out, that would have been a very big mistake! We sat around the sushi bar, with boats of sushi going around in a water stream; you pick up a plate and pay accordingly. We were initially confused as to what was going around on the plates... we had never seen that kind of sushi before... but we asked and the owner and chef came out to explain and from that point on, it was like going to the moon! He started sending out spontaneous creations -- to say one was better than another would be a lie because every single one, was just spectacular!!! We highly recommend the brussels sprouts; also the peppers; also the rock shrimp; also something that had sushi and peaches; also the dumplings; and everything and anything the owner suggests! This restaurant, the owner and his food is simply an amazing experience --- 5 stars! P.S. we are somewhat of wine snobs but thought the Pinot Noir at I think $30, was well priced and very good... just ask them to put it in a bucket to slightly chill it down.
