Go on... explore!
Miami has too few places like this. Small, charming, lots of little details and great food. This is exactly the kind of place that NYC-ers coming to Miami are missing! What is needed is a some foot traffic - a problem city-wide - so that you feel more immersed in a metropolitan atmosphere. Hopefully these "pioneers" of the Design District/Buena Vista area will be around long enough for the neighborhood to do them justice.

Don't Judge...
With everything going on in Miami, I am learning that you should never just a locale by its surroundings... I read reviews about this place but was still super skeptical as I was parking my car there... I walk in and become more concerned when I realize there are NO printed menus, the wine list and menu are written on the walls!?! I try to get over this initial shock and start ordering... The crab cake was super yummy and then I ordered a great rib eye on top of a bed of fries that was delicious and perfectly cooked... the wine was what I thought to be a value at 36$ and dessert was good too... All in all a successful taste testing experience... the place is tiny though, so I can't imagine eating there on a busy Saturday night.
