    Wow!

This place has changed greatly and for the BETTER! I went to Burger Bar about 7 moths ago with my family and wasn't to impressed with the prices as well as the food. However, I decided to come back and give it a try a couple of days ago and I was blown away! The service was amazing. Our waiter was right on top of everything and our food was just the way we wanted it. Our drinks were served promptly and were very tasty. (We ordered the BurgerBar martini and margarita) The prices have lowered drastically and although they are still more then say, your average everyday burger, you most definitely are getting your moneys worth down to the last fry. I will without any doubt be a returning customer.

    Overpriced for subpar food

One. Huge. Disappointment. I live in the area and have been wanting to check this place out for a while. First time was yesterday, got some food to go. The price? Totally blown out of proportion. Now, I am not a cheap person whatsoever. In fact, I work for an actual "celebrity" chef, so paying a little more for things is totally fine for me. I had seen Chef Allen's name on the restaurant and thought the quality would be good. I bought two six-packs of sliders, one six-pack of kobe beef sliders and one of pork belly sliders. Now, if one slider, as also advertised on the menu, is $6.50 and the same normal slider size, that's ridiculous to start. The six-packs for $24 EACH, and I was NOT told the price when I placed my order on the phone, or I perhaps would have asked if it was worth it. That's a huge no-no in my opinion; you should always be told the price on the phone, ESPECIALLY if it's expensive food. So, I let it go, since I had never tried the food here, so I paid for it. Also got a large order of fries. The pork belly sliders were extremely under-seasoned and bland. No "heart..." no "soul..." like the menu says. On the bun was lots of greens and a mango chutney. Diced mangos like they came from a can. A huge fail overall. The kobe beef sliders? Probably should have ordered the classic sliders to spare me the trouble. Again, way under-seasoned and a touch undercooked. Jeez. And the fries. Oh, the fries. They're the same exact fries you get at chains. My gosh what a wreck.

    Cravings!

Love Burger Bar. Food is excellent. I get cravings. This is a real Hamburger and slider. The deals they have are excellent! Before they opened I hardly ate burgers they never tasted this juicy! Great atmosphere to be with friends.

    Overpriced

I have eaten here three times. Each time it has gotten worse. The menu is completely overpriced but i was willing to put up with it because the dining room is quite nice and the burgers are good. However, there are far too many places in the area to get a similar burger and many of them are better. Also the waitstaff and management is overbearing and unfriendly. The last two times i went there they brought us cold fries and mixed up orders. On my last visit my waitress disappeared and i never got a second drink refill until.she came back to bring the check. For a place that wants to charge like an upscale restaurant for burgers they should at least get some competent employees. I wont be back.

I can't believe the negatives reviews!

Buster's Dad and I have been to the Burger Bar 4 or 5 times (and, coincidentally, are going to night with Buster's Uncle Bud and Grandparents...). It's our new favorite burger place. Yes, it's quite an upgrade from the others, but it's nice to enjoy a really tasty burger and crinkle-cut fries in an adult environment. All of the burgers we've tried have been delicious and cooked just right. The meat's flavorful and not grease-laden. The fries are crispy and hot. Tonight I'm going to give in and have an adult milkshake, calories or not! In addition to the great food, our servers have all been delightful and attentive without being hover-y. So to those people who wrote a bad review of the Burger Bar - Are you sure you went to the same place? Donald Ross Village? Cus we think it's great.
