Albeit, it's a little crazy to spend upwards $13++ for a burger sometimes you do it anyway because you can! You should, too, if you want an audacious burger and atmosphere. I highly recommend going here if you are in the mood for an amazing time and some fries on the side. I can't wait to go there tonight.

After waiting almost 30 minutes, our burgers arrived raw, our drinks were never re-filled, we could not get dressing for a side salad. After flagging someone down (waitress never came back to check on us), we sent the raw burgers back, waited another 20 minutes for them to be remade, a food runner dropped them off. These were also cold and raw. Waited for the manager again (again, still no waitress- the inside of the restaurant was empty- now I know why). The manager agreed, said "I have no excuse, you have no bill" I guess that was a nice gesture, but the help seemed genuinely dis-interested. We won't go back. How can you sell an $18 burger along side Dom Perigon and offer that level of service?

My husband and I were vacationing in West Palm and decided to give this place a try since we love burgers. When we got there, it wasn't too crowded at all. We were seated right away. Our waitress came by and asked us if we needed a few minutes. Being that we were new to the place, we said yes. We did not see her again for 20 MINUTES! She was not busy at all because the restaurant was emptying out. When she finally came back to take our order (we both got the cheeseburger and I got a chocolate oreo shake), it took them 45 minutes to bring our food. The fries were cold, and the waiter that brought out our food asked us to cut into our burgers before he left to see if they were done enough. We both ordered our burgers well done and they were raw and bloody on the inside! The waiter took them back and brought them out a few minutes later. They were very dry and the fries tasted like they sat there for a while before they were brought to us. After that, our waitress finally came to check on us. My husband asked for mustard and A1 steak sauce. She brought the condiments but the steak sauce was not A1 like he asked. She did not tell us that they did not have A1, she just brought us a different brand altogether. The sauce was unappetizing. After that, we were both so disenchanted that we weren't even hungry anymore. Way overpriced for what you get. The service is horrid, the food isn't that great, and it's too expensive.

I checked out what Burger Bar was all about this past weekend - i actually went on a first date there ;o) ! Great choice. The ambience in the restaurant is very cool and trendy. It was a nice day so we decided to sit outside at their huge outdoor bar, and it was pretty packed at the bar and the tables on the patio. My date and I shared conch fritters for an appetizer, and they were yummy. For the entree i had the Portobello mushroom burger which was absolutely divine! It was light, not overwhelming like burgers sometimes are, and was entirely delicious. My date had the Southern fried chicken burger and he ate the whole thing so he must have liked it! The server was very personable and explained to us the different menu items and the concept, and was just the right balance of being tentative but not too present. I was impressed with Burger Bar, and i will definitely be back! A great addition to Palm Beach Gardens!

We really wanted to check out The Burger Bar and went online before we did. In spite of the negative reviews we went anyway. We went for lunch at 12:15 on a Fri. The were a few people there when we arrive and a decent crowd when we left. We were not disappointed in fact we had the best burgers we've had in a very long time. I had The Hot, Delicious , Mess, rare, and my friend had The Beach Burger medium rare. They were both perfect and the fries were good & hot. We would go again in a heartbeat & we will tell our friends. I think the prices are reasonable for these high quality burgers. I don't know how well this restaurants operates during the "heat of battle". Maybe things are more difficult to execute when it's really busy (that's not a good excuse, I know) but I'm really glad we didn't listen to the critics. Burger Bar, we'll be back for the pork belly sliders!

I am so surprised at the bad reviews. I have been to Burger Bar 4 0r 5 times. I always get the portabello burger which is consistently excellent. But I have tried many other dishes including the fried pickles and the truffle fries are nothing short of amazing. I have went with a variety of people and all have always been completely satisfied. In fact we were there just last night and all gave rave reviews. Our server was at our table every few minutes constantly refilling our glasses. We did not have to wait for anything. Yes, it is pricey. However to say it's pricey for a burger? Just b/c it is a burger does not mean cheap. You have to consider the quality and the fact that these are considered gourmet and not your fast food burger. Btw our bill was $70. For FIVE people!!

After hearing Chef Allen speak at FFGC's Tropical Short Course ten of us decided to give it a try. After selecting an appropriate table, we were informed that Tues was 2 for 1 at the Bar. So, we went out and enjoyed Happy Hour before our meal. The bartender was cheerfully efficient. She told us of the special on Sliders and we all tried one. They were delicious. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Wedge Salad (enough for 3 people), the grilled cheese (guyere and tomato soup dip), and the Rosemary/Vinegar fries. Food was hot, interesting and tasty. Glad we made the effort after a long day. Restaurant was filling up when we left at 7:30. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
