I have gone here a number of times and each time I have walked away disappointed. The food is way overpriced for what you get. I bought two cheeseburgers. a hot dog, and an order of fries and my bill was $30...way overpriced. I could overlook the price if the food was particularly good, but it isn't. The burgers are small and the fries and way over-salted. If you add any addition toppings you have about a 95% chance of never seeing them on your burger. It has happened to me more times than I would like to admit. The service is not very good either, the staff usually appears unhappy and disgruntled. The only reason I go here is because my GF drags me there. Looking back on my experiences I imagine going to somewhere as subpar as a chain would have been an improvement over my experiences at BurgerFi.

On my first visit, I couldn't take the loud disco music and left before ordering. Gave it a second try today. Tiny greasy burgers. Has a big overhead menu at the ordering counter but you can't see it when ordering. Order wrong: ordered a chocolate shake and got a vanilla, and they were clearly ticked off that I had to audacity to tell them the order was wrong. Half way through the mini burger with the maxi price, realized it wouldn't be enough and ordered onion rings - big mistake, the greasiest and saltiest ever. Shake was unauthentic, sort of a chemically over sweetness. No iced tea available. Only one size plastic beverage cup and it is small so sit close to the coke machine because you will need lots of refills to offset the excessive salt. Prices are incredibly high: For a regular size burger, which is quite small, small order of onion rings, small milkshake and coke it was close to $20.00.

Solid all natural burgers!

I like the idea of getting a burger the way I want it so that it is FRESH. The burgers are very small only 3.5 oz.per patty. Great for the ladies and kids but If you are a guy you will need more than that. The fries are custom and fresh too, that a plus but they are way...I mean way too salty. Don't bother with the cupcakes $4.47! That is just price gouging. They come from a bakery in Coral Springs, average at best. At least 1-2 days old. Save your money and skip the cupcake and buy a second burger for your man, he is going to need it. Burgerfi very similar to In And Out Burgers but over twice the price. I don't think I will be going back. :(

I went to Burger Fi expecting a very good Burger and got a Burger full of grill grease on my hamburger bun.

Absolutely the best burger in fort lauderdale,,and the best veggie burger, even competing with other restaurants. And the fact it is all natural makes it all the better; really awesome!

Burgers are very good with a great selection of toppings. I requested a well done hot dog & was told they only do it "one way". My hot dog was good quality but not hot... it was barely warm & overpowered by a huge, tasteless bun. The frozen custard was disappointing. The onion rings were fabulous, probably the best I've ever had. The place was freezing cold, so I went outside only to discover that people are allowed to smoke there. Place is noisy & uncomfortable... best to get a "to go" order.
