Cafe Protege' Remerges
The T-Th lunch menu is prepared and served by the students and faculty of the Lincoln Culinary Institute. We sampled this week's buffet and the food was outstanding, well prepared and a great value for the price of $13 per person. The buffet of salads, carving station, pasta, desserts and drinks was tasty, served well and prepared nicely. Totally enjoyable experience
