A hidden gem on 8th st
The food is delicious. A high quality restaurant. Great atmosphere, relaxing and romantic. The "burrata" appetizer - caprese salad with burrata mozzarella, is the best mozzarella I have ever had. Highly recommend it. Visit immediately.

Go once, and you'll be back
Quiet, romantic, excellent service and outstanding food. Have the garlic rolls, you can get half orders. Try their specialty plate, filet Mignon, chicken, risotto and lobster tail.

Don't forget dessert
Desserts are home made Argentinean specialties; they'll even do a sampler plate for you. In fact, they'll adjust the menu items anyway you like; I've never had a problem with special orders. Try the "Argentinean" pizza... the best on the menu and a refreshing change from the tasteless cardboard the overly commercial businesses deliver. Friends who lived in Italy say the risotto is the best in Miami. This is a neighborhood restaurant with a neighborhood feeling.

Best Italian food in South Florida
I am a repeat visitor to Caffe Italia and have had most everything in the menu. The meat lasagna is the best I've eaten, New York, LA and Philly included. The chocolate mousee/cake is fabulous. Portions are big, great value. Parking is tight but there's street parking around. You will need the walk after dinner!!

Great homemade food
My husband and I love this little restaurant. I think we've had everything on the menu and it is all spectacular. Like Olive Garden? This is better and it has that homemade taste to it. The waiters are nice and quick to serve you although they don't speak much english.. but hey we're in Miami! The inside is small but not too small. It probably has 12 -15 tables all deocrated with wine bottles. The best thing is we always get seated right away. Trust me you can't go wrong with this place.
