I have been going to this gem of a restaurant for the past 3 years. I am almost reluctant to write this review fearing it will get overcrowded once people realize how good this place is. In my opinion it has the best Italian food in Miami and I have been to many Italian restaurants in town. Enjoy.

I do not want to make this review long because I want people to actually read it, this place is the REAL deal. moved by the neighborhood recently and I was extremely happy with the delicious quality of the food. I started off with garlic rolls and I loved them, yes the garlic is a little strong but you can order them with less garlic. Had penne alfredo with chicken and boy it was so creamy and delicious! my hubby had churassco with french fries and loved it! Service is amazing, and it is a small cozy place. Oh forgot to mention the wide variety of wines. Anyways this place is worth it

I have been going to Caffe Italia for many years and their food, service and ambiance have always been excellent. I recommended to anyone visiting the area and if you live in the area, I'm sure once you try it, you will become a regular.

The food is delicious. A high quality restaurant. Great atmosphere, relaxing and romantic. The "burrata" appetizer - caprese salad with burrata mozzarella, is the best mozzarella I have ever had. Highly recommend it. Visit immediately.

Quiet, romantic, excellent service and outstanding food. Have the garlic rolls, you can get half orders. Try their specialty plate, filet Mignon, chicken, risotto and lobster tail.

Desserts are home made Argentinean specialties; they'll even do a sampler plate for you. In fact, they'll adjust the menu items anyway you like; I've never had a problem with special orders. Try the "Argentinean" pizza... the best on the menu and a refreshing change from the tasteless cardboard the overly commercial businesses deliver. Friends who lived in Italy say the risotto is the best in Miami. This is a neighborhood restaurant with a neighborhood feeling.
