Definitely not traditional Italian
Great food although do not expect typical Italian fare. Service was good although they can polish up on thier English skills. Prcies arent cheap but wont leave you broke at the end of the night. In general thumbs up.

Definitely worth a try!
What a surprise. I would have never known it even exsisted if my friend had not taken me. Cozy little place with beautiful artwork. The food was amazing although definitely not conventional Italian. The staff is more than happy to accomadate to ones taste. Can be a bit nosey when full but tolerable. Service can be a bit slow when full as well but always attentive. A great addition to the neighborhood. Love the fact that I can take out.

Worth looking for
It is tucked away in a corner in the fall area but once you find it you'll be glad you did. Despite the name this isn't an Italian-only restaurant. I have eaten here several times. The soups have been outstanding. My favorite appetizer was a portobello carpaccio. I have enjoyed duck, monkfish, pork and veal to mention a few. There is always an excellent variety of entrees to choose from. The tiramisu is outstanding as is the mango cheesecake. Prices are not cheap but the taste is worth it. The ambience lacks a little because it is a small place and a bit crowded but there are sidewalk tables that offer a nice option on the milder nights. I have yet to meet anyone who was disappointed with this place and my friends and I have often recommended it.
