    Very poor service

We ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong items and they were not willing to fix it. We had paid extra for some extras which they did not deliver.

    Delivery is awesome

We ordered a party from Capone's Flicker Lite last night. From the initial call, placing the order, having the food delivered promptly, everything was fantastic. Our favorite overall were the conch fritters, a satisfying portion of huge balls of conch fried perfectly. We also had stuffed clams, and boy they were awesome too. We put the escargot on top of the clams, oh yes. The garlic rolls are HUGE and arrived warm and soft. I think there was an antipasti too. Our Chicago Deep Dish meat lover pizza hit the spot as centerpiece to the spread. Thanks again to the staff of the flicker lite. Awesome job!

    Hit or miss

More of a place to grab a decent drink than enjoy an actual meal. Raw Bar is a plus. I have been in a couple times and the service really depended on who was working that day. You have to take Capone's for what it is. You either Love it or hate it. It needs some work, especially to compete with all of the new buildings and restaurants popping up in Hollywood

This famous pizzeria can't make pizza!

We have eaten at Capone's maybe fifty or sixty times over the last decade. This time, we ordered two items, the grouper sandwich and a pizza with three toppings-twice. Both times were equally disappointing on the second go. The fish was overdone, of poor quality, and freezer burnt. We only asked for the pizza to be more baked, but something else occurred in second baking that made the pizza sweet. With two alcoholic drinks this mess ran us sixty bucks.

Delicious Food & Slow Service, but I love it!

I am a local, I love this place - its on the water, and the food kicks butt!! The servers there seem lost or confused half the time, and take forever to refill your drinks or bring you the pitcher of beer you ordered (this happiness often), so just plan ahead and order everything while they're standing at your table. If you can be patient then you will enjoy yourself - the food makes up for the speed :)

    Good food and nice staff

I went to Capone's one night with my boyfriend cause some friends recommended it.We sat in a nice table by the water and it was really beautiful.I got the burger and my boyfriend a pizza.Everything was really tasty, but my burger was too big for me to eat!!The service was good and especially our waitress really pleasant..Now, we visit Capone's once a week..

    Food n Service

I usually don't waste my time writing reviews, but from my experience and boredness today I will. I was staying @ the Crowne Plaza for a weekend and was hungry one morning after having an adventurous night. I had gone to Le Tub since my friend recommended it. When I got there they told me that the wait would be an hour or more!(I was like for real!!?) A gentlemen that was eating there recommended going to Capone's stating that the time there was half of what I would wait there. I had a party of 9 and was served in less than 30min. Right next to the water. I ordered a deep fried black grouper n fried calamari. I usually dont order fried especially because I am studying nutrition but damn that grouper was awesome! The service was good, the waiter always w/a smile n eager. I would recommend this place for anything. They also got Tv's to watch the game n pool tables. Place doesnt look fancy from outside. But to me its all about the service n food.
