We never even got a chance to try the food. I was on hold for 4 1/2 minutes before someone came on and told me that I needed to talk to the bar for a take out order. Even though when you call the phone number and press three for take out!? It was another two minutes before the bar answered the phone, and when he did pick up I said I would like to do a take out order, he put me on hold yet again! I gave it another minute and hung up. We went to one of the other many Italian restaurants in Palm Beach County.

Wife and I ordered salad, pasta and pizza. Pizza came first, with no serving plates. Ask waiter about the salad which came 20 minutes later. Someone showed up with plates. Asked about the pasta, waiter said there must have been a mix up in the kitchen. Pizza now cold and soggy , still no pasta. Asked the waiter for manager, not to be found. Pasta finally came poorly cooked. Left no tip. Never again!

Food was cool, late to very late, service was poor, management unresponsive.

Carmine's is honestly my favorite restaurant for only one reason: the pizza...the pizza is the best you will ever have anywhere. Just get the pizza...the tomato sauce and the crust are heavenly.

My husband and I ate at this restaurant because of an advertisement for a 1 1/2 pound lobster special at $15.00 as well as the ad for happy hour drinks at $5.00 from 5-7pm. We arrived at 6pm and were promptly seated. However, the waiter informed me that the there was a delay in the delivery of lobster so the special was off although I could have a 1 poound lobster for $12.95 . I requested the lobster with crabmeat stuffing for an extra $8.95. I was told that for another $5.00 I could have a side order of penne or for $2.50 a side order of potatoes and vegetables. I opted for the penne. The lobster was scrawny (less than 1 pound) and the penne was watery. The stuffing was all bread and unappetizing. The waiter informed us that the happy hour drink special was for bar patrons only. The ad in the Palm Beach Post did not specify this fact. Needless to say, we will not revisit this restaurant.

Great food & soup, plus it is part of the great gourmet market attached to it. Not for clubbing, but great stuff. Fraggioli bean soup is wonderful. Pricy, but you get what you pay for - and eyeball the great sandwich pastry in the deli.. Gourmet market is one of the best.
