Delicious!
You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is what makes this place so special. From the view of the marina, and the gourmet market is so special. Prices are a little high but the location can't be beat. I love to bring out of town guests here because it is a special spot in town.

Munga Munga
Excellent dinner. out of town and looking for a good italian restaurant and we found it. very authentic, felt like i was back in NJ/NY with their extensive menu. wanted something that i couldn't find exactly as wanted on the menu - no problem - gave me exactly what i wanted. wonderful ambience, great italian music and can't wait to get back down there. Our waiter, although VERY cute and sweet, maybe should greet people rather than wait on. very sweet old man, but had to remind him a few times of what we were waiting for. :)

Best Italian
Fabulous! Four of us had totally different things...all excellent. Waitstaff attentive and responsive to our needs.We forever love this venue!!!

Better than Most !!
Live near by, so it's an easy stop, for me the patio is the best seating..Upscale but Nice relaxed atmosphere, food is as good & probably better than most in this price range, (moderate to $$$) fresh & tasty, service is great 99% of the time & the managers are roaming the place like the county sheriff, & one nod or wave, will have them getting any problem resolved in a blink. Overall tough to beat, & on your way out you can pick up anything else you need in the market, & save a stop .... & Easy to get in for breakfast on weekends, rather than go some where & wait in line & have to eat inside...no one seems to know the patio is open @ Carmines !

Disappointing dining
Hadn't been to Carmine's in a long time [ out of town]...last PM food and service were far below the previously excellent standard. The food was greasy and served lukewarm; prices inflated [ $12.95 for a mediocre FRIED calamari appetizer? ]; nervous, slow waiter. How unfortunate that a once outstanding restaurant has so deteriorated. The restaurant qaulity is way below par.

Real Italian in Florida.
Great authentic food. Was like being back in little Italy. Highly recommend.

poor experience
One of the worst dining experiece in all of our years in Florida. The slow service culminated in one meal arriving after the rest of us had finished eating. We have all been to restaurants where mistakes occur in the kitchen, but unlike other establishments, Carmine's manager had the audacity to blame and insult us for the problem. Rather than apoligizing and trying to accommodate us, his manner was offensive, abnoxious, and arrogant.
