    Wonderful restaurant

Excellent food! Superior service! I have dined there a number of times and have never been disappointed. The owner makes some of the special dishes himself and they are truly special. He is always right there to make sure you are happy. And , believe me, you will be.

Great restaurant to have fresh Italian food

We are hooked on Casa di Pepe food. The ambiance is nice on the weekend with the live musician that walks around to the tables. We also enjoy bringing our clients during the week day to enjoy fresh homemade Italian food. The owner is very personable and comes out to see how the customers are doing. Great choice for dinner with family and friends.

    Great place to dine

Food was great and the place is really nice. Ate at another restaurant on Atlantic ave on Friday and it was a disappointing experience. This was a welcome relief to the other restaurant. Food and service were great even tho they were out two employees. Would definately go again.

Awesome with some of the best service ever

They treated us very very well, the food was excellent and we will definetly go back and recommend it to anyone. The owner grows some of his own food also so it is very fresh and healthy. We also live in delray and have eaten at almost every restaurant downtown and I have never got this great of service, highly recommended for great service, fresh food and nice atmosphere, recommended to go when it's nice or not raining though.

    Amazing food, service & atmosphere

Last Saturday, 11/5/11, was my third time at Casa di Pepe Trattoria Italia in Delray. This is quickly becoming my new haunt for so many reasons. First of all, they have a server who will make you feel like royalty, and the only guest in the restaurant. Secondly, each and every time I go there the Chef and Owner comes out to personally find out how I enjoyed my food. So far, I have not had to complain about the food which is amazing. To date, I have tried the Chicken Parmagiana, Veal Marsala, and Shrimp Scampi. I told the owner that I was going to make my way through the entire menu. The folks at Casa di Pepe already feel like a part of my extended family, and with restaurants a dime a dozen in South Florida, I am so grateful to finally find a place which truly values me and my business. I recommend this Italian Trattoria with the utmost sincerity and enthusiasm.

    Unbelievable

Ate here Saturday night. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. The quality of the food compared to the price will beat any Italian restaurant in the Delray Beach area. The portions are absolutely huge and the owner comes over to the table and genuinely wants to know of every single thing is to your satisfaction. It is really an incredible dining experience and I recommend everyone try it. The live music is a really nice touch as well. In a word, our dining experience was, perfect.

    Not recommended

I was actually shocked to read the excellent reviews on Casa Di Pepe. I went there on a Friday night, sat outside. The outside atmosphere is very nice with candles and live music. We ordered and service was also pretty good. About the food- our salads were literally drowning in oil. I couldn't taste anything other than oil and there was a huge puddle of it under the lettuce. Our entrees came (both of us ordered pasta, being excited to have their homemade noodles) and we were even further disappointed. The homemade pasta was completely hard (not al dente- hard- like it had been sitting out for a long time after being cooked) and the "sauce" was pretty much like water that had been tinted with food coloring. No flavor whatsoever. The clams were completely dried out as well and had no sauce. My boyfriend's dinner had shrimp in it, and the shrimp were completely overcooked and hard as well. That was certainly my first and last time going to this restaurant- I can make better pasta at home.
