Our group of four went for the sunset special menu which is 2 courses with coffee or tea and dessert for the entree price. I had a rib eye steak which was barbecued perfectly. Everybody enjoyed their meal. The staff was attentive and friendly. Four of us dined for less than $100 with wine. In all it was a good experience.

We travel to Florida every year and had gone to the old establishment, PaDegenaro's and had wonderful experiences. The new Chatham House was far from it. It lacks an identity as a seafood house or an Italian restaurant. It no longer had the bread they used to serve and the pasta was mediocre. If this was an inexpensive meal, it wouldn't be a big deal, but you didn't get what you paid for. A bright spot was the live entertainment that was very good. Certainly won't be going back.

Arrived with two friends. It was very early evening so not crowded. Free appetizer Surfy-Turfy was superb! Beer Battered scrod was delicious as was the Veal Picatta. Server was very attentive. Very relaxing atmosphere. Will go again.
