So unorganized
They told us, today, that it would be a 10min wait (turned out to be 20), and even though there were open tables all over the restaurant, bar area, and open seats at the bar (they wouldn't let anybody sit in the bar area or at the bar)...there was a crowd waiting to be seated because the hostess said "we are giving the kitchen time to catch up". At 12:30pm?! Get it together!! People have lunch breaks to abide by, and their jobs depend on them being back on time...

I have never had a bad experience. The food is always great
