Take your $ somewhere else with this people, they have a good product but with the kind of service they have, its not worth spending your money there. They always make a mistake on the order and dont even apologize and on top of that expect you to pay for the missing product and wait another hours for that.

We had an awesome time here. The food, staff, entertainment, atmosphere was all so beautiful and we felt at home. Will return and spread the word.

Enjoyed many meals at Ciboney. The service is very friendly and attentive. Good live music as you dine!! Must try!

My office use to order from them a lot. We ordered well over 7 years when there was a better manager. Now everything that can go wrong does go wrong when we order and have it delivered. The manager is rude and the lady taking the order is clueless to everything so she pretends. I would reccomend ciboney to others, however now, I'll take my chances with a chain restaurant.

We order there at least once a month because the food is amazingly tasty. We always get it delivered and our delivery drivers are very kind and friendly. The only issue I take with Ciboney is someone, either the person taking the order or the one filling the order does not always pay attention. We've been given the wrong side and at one time not given something at all. The first time a mistake happened it was okay but it's happened on 3 separate occasions so they aren't isolated mistakes. Other than that, the food is too delicious to pass up. I would recommend people either eat in there or pick up their own food to ensure their order is 100% correct because with delivery you're taking a chance of a mistake.

Food was all salty. Whoever took our order over the phone was inattentive. Our order was incorrect. For the prices being higher than competition it was really a disappointing experience, never again.

The food is really good. The service could have been better.
