Scrumptious
Ordered the Dover sole and it was delicious. Totally enjoyed the selection of fresh fish and shellfish. A great place to get a seafood fix with great relaxing atmosphere and a very nice bar area. You can sit outside or on a porch and view the outdoor fountain complete with its own swans!

Charged for a meal sent back!
Went to celebrate my sisters bday on Saturday 2/16/13..I ordered the fried seafood platter. It was unappetizing, very salty and overcooked. My nephew received his food after the group was pretty much done. The manager came out asked if all was ok, & my sister informed him my meal was not satisfactory so he asked me if he could get me something else. I chose the alfredo pasta & it was much better. The manager stated he would take care of the issue. I did leave earlier than the rest of the group and at the end I was still charged with the meal I sent back. $24.50 the birthday girl had to pay on my behalf because I left early. She didnt realize it until they next day, but apparently they stated nothing would be done to correct it. We were a large group of 17 people and I do realize it can get hectic and confusing but the meal was sent back and I was assured It would be taken care of. This never happened. I will add that I sat at the bar prior to the whole group arriving and the bartender was great. Unfortunately I will not return nor will any of the 17 people we came with since they also had problems figuring how to split our bill when we asked them to.

Most disapointing meal I ever ate here
We dined here last night, The oysters Rockefeller were crammed full of cheese and the Dover sole was so overcooked it was falling apart on the plate. I would have sent if back but we were dining with a large party which would have been disrupted. The scotch, chardonnay and Tiramisu were fabulous. My wife had the lobster bisque (great), sea scallops (very tasty), and chocolate mousse cake (delicious).

Poor service
Not happy with seating, several parties after us seated before us. . Out of several items on menu. Will never go back.

Loved it!
I had something called Pecan Encrusted Salmon Trout, mainly because I wanted to see what it was. It seems it is trout that is raised with salmon so it's pink. It was absolutely delicious, and fairly priced at, I believe, $23.99. I would definitely return and have the same dish.

Excellent on Christmas Eve!
Didn't know what to expect, given that it was a holiday, but it was really a great place...service and atmosphere was impeccable, food was delish...its a pricey place and my only criticism is that the portions were a little on small side. DEF would go back...also can buy fresh fish, raw and cooked, as well! Loved it!

Surprisingly good
Very elegant, in a Florida kind of way. Simple decor, tastefully done, surprising for a hotel, especially a Hilton. We went for the Flavor Palm Beach Special, and were saved from disappointment by a smart waiter. My wife had the clam chowder, excellent, and the Hong Kong style salmon. The salmon was refeshing and not drowned in soy sauce or ginger. I ordered the clams casino. Disappointing. Unshucked, crammed with bell pepper (which makes me ill! Why does EVERYBODY think it goes with everything???) I just pushed it aside. The waiter came shortly thereafter and offered any other appetizer, of which I selected the lobster bisque, which was absolutely stupendous. It was far too much, a cup would have been better than the bowl. It was not overloaded with tomato either, and had some brandy in it which really sets it apart. For the entree I had the tilapia Francese--just outstanding, and so hot I couldn't eat it for a few minutes. But it stayed hot until I was done although I could not finish it all. We brought the key lime pie home to have later. The entire winelist was offered at half price, which was fairly decent since the cheapest bottle listed was $32. This place is NOT cheap, but well worth it occasionally, given the quality of the food; even with the Flavor Palm Beach special the bill came to $93.00. I would have been about $135 otherwise. There is tons of free parking and complimentary valet parking. Make a reservation just in case; we went on Monday when it's not usually crowded, but you never know, especially with an expense account crowd at the Hilton next door.
