Poor customer service!
Food is good. Customer service, not so much. I order take out all the time. All three times I have been, no one comes to assist me until I flag someone down.( as if they didn't see me) the final time, the guy that assisted me was a managing partner. I proceed to tell him about my experience and his response was..I truly apologize, we get so busy prepping for dinner time that we forget about lunch. I said sir, you currently have 4 people in your restaurant! You are NOT busy.
