2nd dining experience w/the 1st being good enough 4 me 2 come back. This time however a different story. To begin I heard the people in back of me asking if they had pizza w/the owner saying they "never" had pizza. I Heard what she said & reminded her that the last time I was there I had pizza. She acknowledged I was right & just said they reduced the price & no longer have pizza. The air conditioning wasn't working & when I asked the owner about it, her sarcastic response back was "we know about it". Not apology-nothing.All she had to do was to say I'm sorry or at least tell people when they come in that the air is not working & give thme a chance 2 done elsewhere(@ least b prepared w/fans 4 people in case that happens.

A friend and I have been coming to eat here for breakfast for a few months, now, including many times when we were the only people in the restaurant. Today, my friend missed the "Please wait to be seated" sign and we started to walk in. A simple mistake, no harm done! Except the waitress came over, loudly saying "Can't you read?!? I have to seat you!" "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I didn't see the sign," my friend replied, perfectly reasonably, considering her overreaction. After a few minutes of waiting, the same waitress came over to seat us, with a chip on her shoulder. As she sat us down and threw the menus on the table, she AGAIN gave us an attitude as she said "You wouldn't just walk into someone's HOUSE would you?!" to which my friend simply replied "As a matter of fact, I do...." At that, the owner came out and threw me and my friend out of the restaurant for "harassing his waitress" saying "there are plenty of places to eat, you don't have to be here. But the owner got one thing absolutely right: There ARE plenty of places to eat, with comparable food and a MUCH more competent and polite waitstaff/owner.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a family meal. The service was great, even though we did not have any reservations we were sited with politeness and a big smile, not like some of the other places we have been to where if you don’t have a reservation you don’t get sited or rudely told next time we will not let you in without one. The waitress was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu as we had a lot of questions about some of the dishes. She was also very attentive to everyone needs. The food we ordered was so good that we ordered extra to go for our kids. We had a party of 6 and have ordered 4 different dishes to share, one Meatball Pizza and a real Philadelphia style Steak Stromboli. Veal Zachariono was to die for, melted in your mouth. Eggplant Florentine was the best ever. If you are from up North, Philly, NJ or NY; their Pizza is like no other here in Florida, it is exactly how Pizza should taste. And as far as the Steak Stromboli that was specifically made to order, you just cannot find one like it anywhere unless you go to Philly and even there not a lot of places where you can find such delicious Italian food. To finish off we had a delicious ice cream as this was the only thing we could have had after such a big and good dinner. Over all it was a good experience, prices are very reasonable, food portions are big enough to take home the leftovers, and believe me you will want to take what’s left home and more! Thank you for such a great service and delicious food, we will all definitely come back for more.

Excellent service & great service. The hostess sat us quickly & took our drink order while we looked over the menu. I normally don't like Eggplant but my sister wanted to share it, omg the eggplant parmigiana was very tasty! My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana & to our shock said he was full & still had plenty to take home. Meals include a drink & dessert, so my husband choose the spumoni & loved it! We will definitely be coming here again.
