This is by far the BEST Peruvian restaurant in Florida, it is like eating in Lima, you find that authentic flavor, excellent from any aspect!

It's true, the chefs/owners are involved in the overall management and they make an effort to come to your table. And if they can't, the waiters will treat you super nice...specially our waitress, she went beyond the call of duty with us. A pricey Pisco Sour carafe ($46), will try the Cocktail de Algarrobina ($23) next! (taste like a delicious eggnog). The Ceviche (Anconero o Pucusana style) is a mount of soft and citrucy fish and hits every bud in your mouth. The Lomo Saltado is really good (enough to share half with someone else!), the red onions are crisp and flavored, the hint of "aji amarillo" will get you by surprise because it is not "hot" but just great taste, meat is thin slices of beef which have been sauted, the juices flow over the french fries and tomato wedges :) Their Lucuma cheesecake is decent, but remember lucuma is an acquired taste (a favorite fruit among peruvians and chileans). Will I go back? I do, once a week for lunch and at least once a month for dinner....my friends have been converted :) In fact, it is 12:40...I should be there already!

The Owner is directly involved in managing all the activities of the restaurant, especially the kitchen. We have never taken anyone to Ceviche's that hasn't insisted on returning. Super good food and friendly service
