Been eating at this place since it opened way back when, At first thought prices were high but for what you get it works out well. Owners changed and things changed slightly but still make a great philly cheese steak. The cold subs are good as well. Surprised at the negative comments as I have been there a lot over the years and never disappointed and I have had cheese steaks from all over the country including Philly.

Stopped by one day this week to give it a try. had a sign stating best cheesestake in Florida So gave it a try :) by far the most disappointing sandwich I have ever tried to eat. I was contemplating asking for a refund for the first time ever!!

I have ordered from this place before and it has been alright. I had an unappetizing sandwich about 6 months ago and stopped ordering from there. I tried it again recently and it's still disappointing. The Philly was cold and soggy. They claim to have the "best south of philly".. Funny. Never again will I order this.

$9.20 for a "small" specialty sub (d'bomb) and a small bag of chips. There was no taste and the bread was drowning in a sea of mayo from the slaw. Grossed me out. This wasn't even my first time here, I was giving this place another chance. Shame on me!

I used to take orders from everyone in the office for D'best (usually twelve or more). They used to have a buy '10 get one free' card, so I would get a free lunch by managing everyones order. One time I did this (a new owner/manager?) I was told that it is now every "10 visits" not every 10 sandwiches! Then they stopped marking each one, and I asked that they do, so I would know which was which, but was told they wouldn't do that anymore..it was too much trouble. So I stopped bringing them big orders every week. Went a few times since, but it was hit or miss..sometimes the cheesesteak was awesome, sometimes it was skimpy. It has been over a year now, and may give them another try.

Their subs are fairly good, can't complain there, but when they make a mistake on your order like they did to me, the refused to replace it or refund my money, stating, "If we had to correct every mistake we made we'd be out of business." They did offer to make me a new one, if I wanted to pay for it, though. How's that for customer service? There are three people here where I work and we will no longer be ordering from them in the future.
