DD Flats

I am in shock about how poorly managed this place is. The waiter did not listen at all, and when they brought out a dish we didn't order, he argued with us that we did and then left it on the table. They then had the nerve to charge a $10 "sitting" fee for people who aren't eating. The lame excuse the waiter gave us is they bring water (we are taking about good old free tap water). He kept blaming the charges on the owner, so we asked to speak with the owner. Apparently after 15 minutes of waiting he was "too busy" to come to our table. Keep in mind over half the tables were empty. I have never been to a restaurant where wait staff not only blamed the wrong order on the patron but then continued to argue. It's safe to say I will never go back there. I'm pretty sure I would have had better customer service in a prison mess hall.

I've been coming here the last couple years and have always had an exceptional meal. The staff is attentive and helpful, the food is always fresh and delicious, and when it's not too hot, we love to sit outside to enjoy it. My girlfriend was afraid to bring me here because she thought the food might be a little too "dainty" for me. Let me tell you, the salads are huge, the flat breads are a meal, and I always have leftover pasta for lunch the next day. I hear they even serve burgers now, but it almost seems like a waste to order something so plain off a menu that offers such an eclectic array of flavor. At lunch, the paninis are great. My girl and I order the cheese plate just about every time we come, and we always bag the extra to bring home as well. The sangria is also excellent. All this talking about it, I think we may go tonight!

Went to lunch today with 3 lady-friends and what an enjoyable treat is was. Atmosphere was lovely,wait staff very knowledgable regarding the menu. We all ordered the Portabello Mushroom and Cesar Salad as recommended by our server.WOW! DELICIOUS! I do plan coming back with other friends to enjoy the interesting items on the menu.

Outstanding food with a chef that pays attention to details. Everything I've had has been done to perfection. The wait staff knows the menu and can guide you throught your choices with expertise.

I'm a former New Yorker, so naturally I think I know pizza and any variation there of. DD Flats blew me away. Huge variety of flat breads, incredible salads, and great pasta too. Just too good to pass up!
