First I’d like to say what a great meal we had. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall next to a night club and a pawn shop. The real surprise is on the back dinning deck. This area is highly prized by locals as a private dinning and retreat. Dinner was served to allow us time for some private talk along with a quiet breeze as the sun set over the waterfront. We started dinner with a Buffalo Calamari appetizer served with celery, carrots and a thick blue cheese dressing dipping sauce. The next course was a small house salad that was enough for two people “we had no idea they were so large. The main course came shortly there after, with a little time between to wet our whistles and admire the view. My wife had a good size portion of hog snapper with a crab stuffing, and I mean crab and plenty of it. A beautiful roasted red cabbage and broccoli were served as the vegetable of the day. I enjoyed a yellowtail snapper with a white wine and Bur Blanc sauce and along with the broccoli and cabbage, with a fair size roasted red potato. I can't say enough.

My wife and I have been going to Dockside for years and it has become the place to eat of choice for her sister from texas and her brother from chicago. The chef is always coming up with subtle differences to the menu items and one night the side dishes were so wonderful I ordered a to go plate of just them. The only downside is their dessert menu leaves a little bit to be desired but who goes to a Seafood local place for dessert. I have never had anything but good food and good service.

I was referred to this place through some good clients. the food is good and the atmosphere is great, but the service was absolutely poor. we were ignored by the server, who also happend to be the owner, our meals came at random times, and we ended up with dishes we never ordered. the place has potential, they need to tighten up a bit.

We drove to West Palm from Daytona to pick up a car at the Ford dealer. One of the salesmen there recommended this restaurant. We had the fish and chips which were delicious! The service was very friendly and we had a lovely time!

This place has great seafood and cheap drink specials. When you go make sure you sit in the back overlooking the lake great atmosphere. Try the steamers and the lobster roll and dont forget the fried cheese cake.
