Excellent food and service!
We used Don Paella for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party. We decided to use them for everything: food, tent, tables/linens, service personnel, and could not have been more pleased with the results. The guests ranted and raved about the great food and beautiful presentation. We really appreciate the great job they did.

Delicious!
Fine quality of food and service! Prepared and served on-site for a large party at a school. Definite crowd pleaser people are still talking about weeks later! Food was delicious and the portions were generous! We can't wait to have another event catered by Don Paella!! Thank you!

The Best Paella
We hired them for my mother's 80th birthday party, and the food was fantastic. I have several latin inlaws, and they were raving over the freshness and moisture of the paella. The tostones were also outstanding, along with the wonderful salad. my mother was so overwhelmed, and had the best birthday ever. Thank you Don Paella, I will most definitely use you again.

Paella on South Beach
They cooked up a Valenciana paella with seafood instead of chicken at my wedding on south beach in January 2011 at the Betsy Hotel Roof Deck. The food, the guys, the whole experience was awesome. I ordered for 70 persons and they made enough for over 100 persons at a fabulous price. You can also bring your own seafood to add which we did, I give them the highest possible recommendation....and don't forget the tostones, they are awesome!

Great catering option
I used Don Paella for my daughter's wedding. I'm glad a friend of mine recommended them. Everything came out perfect, down to the smallest detail. The paella was delicious and the presentation amazing. The prices are very reasonable.
