Chicken in asparagus sauce
The description from the menu did not let down. "Pechuga De Pollo En Salsa De Esparragos chicken breast with asparagus sauce. exquisita pechuga de pollo asada a la parrilla banada en salsa de esparragos, servida con arroz y tostones." Chicken was tender with lots of flavor. The tostones were nice and crispy, perfect for dipping in the incredible sauce.
