The food quality here use to be pretty good. Not super great but good. I had not taken out food from here in quite some time and was extremely disappointed. Food barely any taste or just a lousy taste. And I mean everything we ordered. not just 1 dish! I am guessing new owners or something. I will not be returning - too many other places near by that are better for the price!

Prior to my visit I had not eaten at Dragon Pearl in quite some time. I decided to visit with my son and found the food to be very poor as compared to prior visits. I ordered the orange chicken and it did not even have an orange flavor. When I told the manager/owner, he told me "that is the way we always make it" and did not offer to add flavor. Not only was the food poor, but I attempted to use an Entertainment Publications coupon and even though the coupon was and is still valid, he told me I can't use it as they no longer accept Entertainment coupons. I called Entertainment and they told me Dragon Pearl is contractually obligated to accept the coupon. I didn't bother going back for a refund of one meal. Instead, I will never go back to Dragon Pearl.

I was planning on going there last month because I saw a Restaurant.com certificate. I find many good restaurants by trying them through Restaurants.com. Luckily, I called first and was told very rudely that they do not accept the Restaurant.com certificate. This is after I spent $10 to get it! (It was refunded by Restaurants.com!) I find that restaurants that do this usually just try to get people to come, tell them that they do not accept, and hope that some stay. Poor business style! Not a way to get new customers! I went anyway and the food was good, but not good enough to change restaurants. Had they accepted the restaurant.com certificate I probably would have made it a regular stop. Their loss, not mine!

I was very glad that I have found this place. Initially, my friend wanted to get some pens from Staples today. By following the GPS, we reached a shopping center called westgate square shopping center. We went in and saw a Chinese restaurant. It was lunch time, I was hungry. So we went into the restaurant. The music was my favor song. I like it immediately. Then we ordered Seafood Wor Bar and Deluxe Vegetable with Tofu. We finished the dishes in less than 10 min. Maybe we were too hungry. The food tasted great. I have not eaten so full for a long time. I felt so lucky that I just discovered a new place for great Chinese food.

Solid chinese place in Weston. I've tried others in the area but this one is definitely the best.

Awful service, 2 of us went there for Friday dinner. There were 5 servers and only 4 tables occupied. Service was awfully slooooooow. It took forever to sit us down, despite more than half of the tables were empty. Food was so slooooow to be served. Soup was cold. Egg rolls came before main meal, with no plates and no silverware. We had to tell server that I did not expect to eat with our bare hands. All 5 waiters + 1 manager were more occupied in talking amongst themselves than serving the 5 tables. We asked the table next to us what they thought about their service experience, and they thought the service was poor too. They would not know how to handle a restaurant full of people. One person walked in to pick up his order and he was loud and unhappy about his order being wrong. Staff does not want to be there. Manager is oblivious to the mayhem.
