From the service to the food to the atmosphere...awful. I went over a year ago on my birthday and was seated at the bar until a table was available even though there were plenty of tables empty. The hostess was extremely rude to my boyfriend and never once came back to offer us a table. The food was overpriced and terrible. The octopus was like chewing rubber. I'm Greek and I know Greek food and this place doesn't even come close. Frankly, I'm surprised it's still in business. Go to the Mandolin instead.

Tried to go to this restaurant for brunch. Went in and was told there would be a 20 minute wait and would we like free mimosas. We accepted and sat down. After more than 25 mins, we approached the hostess (who had disappeared btw). She said she was busy - kitchen was backed up and slow getting food out. The place was about 1/2 full - and getting emptier. We left - no food - no service - no nothing.

I can't believe I am saying this and I NEVER write reviews, but probably the poorest service I have ever had. I went with 2 friends and one of them ordered off the Miami Spice Menu. Our food came out quickly however, we were done eating and my friend still had not gotten her appetizer. We had to flag someone down to ask for it. The food was ok, Nothing special at all. After another 45 minutes her entree had not come yet and when we asked our waitress she said "We could not remember if she ordered the veal or the pasta so we made both". Both the entrees had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for us to ask where it was and they never once came over to double check what she ordered! Needless to say the entree was cold and hard. We told the waitress and she offered to bring something else but at this point we were not even hungry and did not want to wait another 45 minutes for another meal. We decided to ask to speak with the owner since the place was not very busy for a Friday night and it was already 11pm. Another server came over to us and was trying to be nice and said the owner was too busy to come over right now (however we saw him at the bar chatting and drinking). We said politely that we would wait to speak with him and still 30 minutes later he did not come, At this point we had had enough. We had to basically flag someone down to bring us our bill which they never offered to give dessert or a drink complimentary because of the issues we had. They also did not even apologize. The only person who came over to us and asked us how things were, was the greek bus boy of which we gave a tip. Otherwise we paid the bill without a tip and left. To top it off , the server came running outside after us yelling at us because we did not leave a tip and telling us never to come back! Well gladly with out a fight I will never be back to this establishment. If you want poor service this is the place for you.

This was the most authentic Greek food in Miami! Food was excellent, atmosphere was amazing, and service was superb. The host was perfect. A great place for an intimate dinner or a group party. Reminds me of those incredible meals in Mykonos!
