Best Dominican food in Miami
Been there twice and I can tell you the food is excellent. They serve you great portions and the variety is outstanding. They have great appetizers (try el Malecon) and the mofongo is pretty good too. The only thing they don't have on the menu is arroz con guandules which is so Dominican. However they have black bean moros (Cuban) which I think they need to get rid off and concentrate on all dominican food. Would like for them to add Empanadas de Mambi (conch empanadas) but hey, I'm asking for too much. Now the beer, oh yes, the beer is super cold (ceniza) and they have dominican sodas. Enjoy while they are new and fresh. I pray that they stay in business as it is such a good change from your typical Cuban/Colombian/Nicaraguan menu's of Kendall.
