Poor customer service
I ordered delivery and wanted to substitute the plantains and was told that's not an option. I still ordered the meal with the plantains. I'm 5 minutes up the road and they quote me a $6.00 delivery charge after I ordered $25.00 worth of food. They lost a sale over an outrageous fee.
