El Rinconcito Latino

Went to this restaurant with my family and I wish I chose the Brazilian restaurant in the same plaza. When we ordered the waitress seemed as if we were disturbing her. We ordered the tostones, mozzarella sticks and calamares for appetizers. The to stones was the only thing that was good. The mozzarella sticks were under cooked and the calamares were not good in taste and portion, very little. The soft drinks were flat. The waitress explained the sandwiches incorrectly. I ordered a Rinconcito Special under the impression that it didn't have turkey and when it arrived it had turkey, tons of thick cut ham, no pernil, and it was cold. My daughter had a club with way too much ham. The ham tasted cheap and not edible. My son had a bacon sandwich they charge 5.49 for 3 pices of bacon and bread rip off. My girlfriend had shrimp creole it came with way too many onions and peppers. Her daughter had bistec de polamilla and it had no flavor. Our waitress did not come back to our table for the entire time we were there. Needless to say that no drinks were refilled. After hunting her down she took her sweet time to get to the table. I left my sandwich and so did my daughter my girlfriends daughter left her order the food was bad. I would not recommend this place at all, service is poor and the food is not cooked right. If you go here stick to the tostones and drinks. Take your food to go.

Our family goes very often and the service is very good as well as the food. We all are very pleased. Hope the quality of the food don't get spoiled.
