Disappointed
We went friday night to Eos to celebrate Valentine's because of the chef Psilakis good reputation in NY (Michelin star). SInce the moment we got there we were totally forgot( we waited like 10 minutes seated and nobody took care of us). Service was really bad and inexperienced I felt like having dinner at Chili's. Food was OK, nothing really amazing to remember, maybe good for lunch or as a neighborhood bistro but definitively not to celebrate an special ocassion. Lamb papardelle ahh... Ok-15, smoked octopus good as any other smoked dish-14, mushrooms with bone marrow-10, mediocre. Poached asparagus not good-9, heirloom tomato salad-12 not very tasty. Grilled prawns tasteless-15, maybe the best dish was the lobster and sea urchin risotto-18 but nothing to die for. Seven dishes were actually too much for my girlfriend and I. Wine list extremely limited for a place like this at the Viceroy Hotel although price were reasonable.
